College to University Transition

Hi there,

I'm finishing up college for the year and progressingi nto University - my question is, I use my college email for my student discount/subscription, and I know that I can change my email to my personal one (as I'll no longer be eligable for a college email, since I'm leaving) - but how do I go about this situation? Do I wait until I have an email with my University (if they provide one) or do I use my own email? Would my account still be considered a students in-between places?
