Buongiorno,

oggi ho acquistato, con una offerta di amazon, un nuovo piano di adobe photoshop.

Nell'attivazione qualcosa non ha funzionato. Il codice si e' attivato sulla mia mail di riserva e non su quella principale. Il mio piano Adobe scadeva 22/11/2022 e con il rinnovo avrebbe dovuto spostare la scadenza di un anno al 22/11/2023. Invece avendolo registrato sulla mail secondaria la scadenza e' al 08/04/23. In questo modo perdo 7 mesi di abbonamento. Cosa posso fare per risolvere la questione?
