Olá, boa noite a todos! Estou enfrentando um problema com minha assinatura Adobe:

 

Na minha conta da Adobe, informa os valores em reais (assino a Creative Cloud com o plano de estudante pois estou finalizando a faculdade), porém, no extrato do cartão de crédito de Março, veio uma cobrança pela Adobe de 28,33 dólares com o IOF de 6,51 reais; em Abril, o valor normal, em reais (139), da assinatura; porém, este mês, Maio, voltou a vir uma cobrança em dólar, de 27,78, com o IOF de 6,51 novamente. 

 

Poderiam me esclarecer o porquê disso estar acontecendo?

E como solucionar?
