COMO CANCELAR MEUS 7 DIAS GRATUITOS?

Não estou conseguindo cancelar o teste gratuito. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Mandei um e-mail para cancelar, mas até agora nenhuma resposta. Segui o passo a passo para o cancelamento, mas não aparece a  opção. Aguardo retorno, o mais breve possível.

    You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
