¿Cómo cancelar mi pedido? [edited by moderator]

Hace unos cinco meses, se me hace un cargo de un producto qu enunca he utilizado, hoy que me he dado cuenta , lo ge intentado de cancelar y me salta un mensaje, que si cancelo ahora mismo , ne haran un cobro de 51.000 CLP - lo importante es que necesito que dejen de hacerme ese cobro a la tarjeta y pudiera eliminar ese producto a costo cero .

From the date you joined, you had 14 days to cancel without a penalty fee.

Now after 5 months, you will be asked to pay a 50% early termination fee.  To avoid fees, you can wait until your 12th month of service to cancel.

if you subscribed to an annual plan (in exchange for a lower monthly cost) and then cancel before your 1 year lease expires, you are charged 1/2 the cost of the remaining months.
