Cancelei meu período de teste gratis que venceria dia 01/09, sendo cancelado dia 26/08, e estou sendo cobrando indevidamente!

Thank you for posting, @smart_focus3c89, and thanks to @kglad for pointing you in the right direction!

I understand how frustrating it can be to see charges after you've already canceled a subscription, especially when you believe the trial was canceled before the renewal date.

I reviewed the subscription activity you described. The Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription was started on August 25 and canceled on August 26, so that plan should no longer renew.

However, there is also an Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus subscription that was started on September 2 and is currently past due. The charge you're seeing may be related to that subscription rather than the Acrobat Pro trial.

Because subscription and billing details are specific to your account, please get in touch with us directly for a review of the charges and the status of any active plans:

We can verify which subscription generated the charge and help you address any remaining billing concerns.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @smart_focus3c89.
