Como faz para solicitar reembolso??

Eu ja tinha o plano completo da Adobe, mas acabo vencendo a minha assinatura e tive que renovar com outro cartao. E quando fui atualizar as informaçoes do cartao, automaticamente foi efetuado a compra do plano completo da Adobe, sendo que, eu queria apenas o plano de fotografia! E agora eu quero fazer o reembolso da compra que eu fiz porem nao estou conseguindo. Alguem pode me ajudar??

Eu assinei Creative cloud como estudante por um ano e esqueci de remarcar a renovação, vie que foi renovado o valor foi dobrado de 75,00 para 139,00 muito cara pra minha realidade então pedi o cancelamento e fui taxado em 396,00 no meu cartão de crédito , só eu voltei a ser assinante da ADOBE por outra conta dividindo com um amigo e gostaria de receber o reembolso desse valor de 369,00 da taxa de cancelamento

gostaria de solicitar o reembolso da minha assinatura, que foi descontado do cartão de crédito sendo que eu tinha cancelado, sem contar que eu estava no periodo de teste grátis.

A mi  tambien me pasa lo mismo, quiero mi reembolso ya que no uso la app y solo se me olvido cancelar el producto

buenas queriqa comentarles que yo habia usado la app pero ahoa ysa no lo necesito de echo lo deje de usar hace dias, y se me olvido cancelar el pago y ahora entro en mi cuenta y veo que tengo un descuento cosa que no esta bien ya que no utilizo este servicio asi que necesito mi reembolso por favor

contact adobe support. assuming you have an individual (not teams or enterprise) subscription, there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, <Removed by Moderator>
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
