Como posso alterar o nome da fatura?

Question

Fiz a compra sem ser possível adicionar nome e morada de faturação. O NIF (VAT) está correcto, mas o nome e morada não.

Gostava de poder contactar a Adobe, mas não existe nenhum email ou formulário de contacto e se não puder fazer a alteração, terei de cancelar o plano porque o NIF (VAT) não corresponde ao nome.

Sabem dizer-me como posso fazer?

I completed the purchase without being able to add a billing name and address. The VAT ID is correct, but the name and address are not.

I’d like to contact Adobe, but there’s no email address or contact form, and if I can’t make the change, I’ll have to cancel the plan because the VAT ID doesn’t match the name.

Thanks for posting, ​@pmfelixI'm sorry you're running into this problem.You should be able to review and update your billing information in your Adobe account by following the steps in this help document:https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.htmlIf the invoice has already been generated and the billing name or address is incorrect, the changes may only apply to future invoices. If you can't update the information yourself, you'll want to contact Adobe Support to talk about the options available for your account.If you continue to have trouble updating the billing information after following the steps above, please let us know, and we'll be happy to take a closer look.
