¿Como rembolso un plan que no utilice en absoluto, aunque ya hayan pasado mas de 14 dias?

Literalmente no utilice para nada el plan, seleccione que el metodo de pago no se guardara y me cobraron. Necesito rembolso.

    Adobe does not track if you used the apps or not. You need to cancel the plan to avoid getting charged and refund is based on when the cancellation was done. For refund rules see the following article
