Se renovó automaticamente la suscripción anual con un cargo de 18 k a la tarjeta sin que deseara, e Sun cargo automático no deseado que estoy reclamando con su política de 14 días

    GRACIAS por leerme Jeff Justamente ese es el problema! yo pagaba antes la suscripción directamente cada año , y este año 2026, hace un par de meses el corporativo dió esa prestación a los empleados por eso es todavía peor el tema  porque teniendo la suscripción habilitada por medio del corporativo, adobe me hizo este cargo de renovación automático de nuevo, AB01230100252CMX con esta purchase order por eso necesito tramitar el reembolso y he tratado de contactar con ustedes por el chat de ayuda desde ayer que me di cuenta pero siempre  solo me manda ligas para leer sin un agente que me ayude a resolver esto ni  un teléfono a donde pueda marcar  siempre dice que no estoy en horario CT, soy  de la Ciudad de México
