Complain about Dimension

I would like to complain about Dimension. Have had a subscription for more than a year that is not working, yet Adobe continue to take my money

I have tried everything suggested but still cant get Dimension to work. Yet I sit with a years subscription. Utter waste of my time and money

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html

 

if that fails, change the install location

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

Attached image of error, tried everything, different versions etc. Today recevied a mail for another dedcution of payment for another years subcription . R

You must cancel during the final month of your subscription or it renews automatically
