Complaint about subscription
Came here to say that I have just completed a free trial of the Pdf Editor thingy, I forgot to cancel during the trial and have now been charged for a month which is fine, my fault. However, it's really poor that now I've cancelled my subscription I've lost access to the month I've ALREADY PAID FOR! I know it tells you that this will happen but it's just a really, really bad customer experience . I assume, it's done this way as Adobe are banking on you forgetting to cancel on the actual last day of your paid subscription and so the subscription just renews for ever thereby generating lots of lovely income for Adobe. The reality is though that due to this shady practice I will never, ever, ever use a paid Adobe service in future and they can certainly take THAT to the bank.
