Complaint about Subscription with Creative Cloud Program Term Changes

I did not recieve notice to know about the new terms about unsubscribing from creative cloud  app services

this is the reason why I'm making a complaint to the better buisness Bureau because this issue is a very unfair, not just for me but for other unaware people that pays for the same app
