When you call in they convert you to a free acount, they refuse to cancel the account. After a few months they start billing again the cycle starts over. If  you tell them to close remove auto renew they claim you didnt remove it. This is crazy cancel my account already.

Have you never heard of customer retention incentives?  That's what 3 free months of service is.  A customer retention incentive to keep you from cancelling your subscription.  Nobody held a gun to your head to accept the 3 free months offer.  Next time just cancel.

[Personal remarks removed by moderator.]  Its not customer retention when you tell them to cancell the account repeatedly only to have the account switched to a free account for 6 months. In addition, they have placed intentional road blocks that prevent you from cancelling, thats messed up. Look at all the complaint about the same thing.  [Personal remarks removed by moderator.]

1. Auto renew CANNOT be stopped. You can only cancel. So nobody could have removed i for you.

2. Sometimes if you phone to cancel, Adobe offer a month or two free. THAT DOESN'T MEAN A MONTH OR TWO THEN CANCEL. It means everything will continue as normal. I think maybe you tried this and were persuaded to keep going by two free months.

3. There is a fee to cancel most plans. If you refuse to pay they won't close the plans.

Also, there is no way to remove the auto renew. You have to remember to do it yourself.
