I experience very bad customer service on my last interaction with the chat support. I feel it is important to highlight so that you can train and mentor your employees better. I have been told however that there is no way to provide this feedback. This does not sound right. Surely Adobe take feedback seriously and want to provide the best possible service to it's customers?

    Go to your account portal.  Open your Case # from View Support History and update it.

    Next time, ask to speak with a supervisor.
