Complete operational collapse of chat support?

Is anyone able to summon a live agent in Chat Support anymore? We are unable to receive a human response before the chat session is terminated. No tree choice appears to change this result.

    Cool, got my answer from phone support: if the Adobe support agent takes more than 5min (300 seconds) to do or emit anything, the session silently and automatically ends. You have to keep spamming the window yourself or it will automatically terminate your session with no notice or reason given. You can also not restart that session because it will not forward to the desk properly.
