Con fecha 29 de mayo se generó por parte de vuestro departamento de facturación una nota de crédito de 11,64 euros, por haber cambiado de plan de Adobe, hasta la fecha no me ha sido abonada. Desearía saber la forma en que me será abonada. Gracias.

    I can confirm that the change of plan occurred on May 29, 2025. You should have received a refund within 14 days.

    Today is April 8th, 2026, ​@Pacocenic have you confirmed with Mastercard that the credit was made available in June of 2025?

    If you were promised a refund and that did not reflect back since May, then you should contact Adobe support. These are peer to peer forums; you are not talking to Adobe folks here.
