Confused About Adobe Cancellation Payment

Hi, I recently noticed that when trying to cancel my "creative cloud all apps" plan I'm only paying $1.33/month, when I thought I had been paying around $20/month. Is there a reason for the change?

I'm a bit confused because I would happily pay for the plan if it's only $1.33/month rather than pay a $40 cancellation fee. But can anyone clarify why I'm now only paying $1.33/month for the plan?

Thank you.

$20 is a strange price too. It should be around $50 for a plan with a yearly commitment. There is a first-year-only $20 plan for students, which should rise after a year either to full price or - if student status is reconfirmed - to $30. I wonder if you have a plan through a university or school, and they have decided to pay most of the costs. If you DO have a plan though your school it is pointless contacting Adobe, because the school must handle all your billing issues.
