confused subscription

I want to cancel my subscription I was trying trial version but you debited money from my credit account which was 3.99$ I want to cancel it and get my money back how can I do that.  Please help me with this it has told that after 7 days trial it will charge but it suddenly charged and that what shocking please help me.
