Constant daily Adobe Verification code emails sent to my email. How Can I stop this?

Hello Adobe,

Why have I been getting daily emails for months now with a new Adobe Verification code every single day? How can I stop this? Why am I getting these? Is this a scam? Please advise and thank you.

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
