I need to contact a person rather than a bot with regards to 2 payments charged to my account for a free trial which was cancelled. Is anyone available on Sunday or do I have to wait until Monday?

Hi @salvatore_7186,

I reviewed your account details and noticed that the last transaction was in November 2025, and the one before that was in June 2025. I couldn’t find any transactions requested after November.

Have you noticed any charges since then?

any subscriptions?

no payment problems. I have just found out that i am being charged by pdf file editor on the back of cancelling my free trial with adobe acrobat pro. I had no idea i even set up a subscription with them. i have contacted them now  so will see what they say
