Contact seems impossible

Hello everyone,

sorry to bother with that, but I am currently stuck...

I wanted to unsubscribe and just discovered I had to pay for it. It seems that my student offer, which has been automatically renewed, commits me for a certain period.

 

  • I am looking for the contract, and can't find it. Would you know where I can have access to it ?
  • I would like to speak, or chat woth an agent but can't have access to any contact. And the "contact" button looks disabled. I live in France : would anyone know how to contact Adobe ?

Customer service sucks, it's the worst. Never again with this company. It is extreamly frustrating!

Thank you! I closed and canceled a Monthly Ilustrator Plan, but Adobe continue charging a fee.  I tried to contact Adobe a lot, no answer to my email, no way to talk with someone by phone, it is very frustrating.

in addition to chat, there are 2 other ways to contact adobe; phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

I indeed spent quite a while looking for the right information... I tried on 3 different (and current) browsers and unfortunately never rechaed the chat window.

 

But the phone number list made my day ! Thank you very much 🙂
