Hello!

So yeah i really need to get in direct contact with a Adobe support or anything like that. Not the AI Bot that can't understand. And yes i understand hows the bot works and i no i can't go that way. It's really important for me.  Im Certified in 4 programs and have been in Adobe Champions and have been loyal with Adobe and i think they can atleast read one of my mails (if i can find any mails to contact)

Do you guys know any way to do that?  Would be great if it was swedish Adobe? but anything will work. Thank you so much 🙂

it would be helpful to know what this is about so we can move your post to the correct forum.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

========================================

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thank you for explaining and trying to help. Nice to see you took your time to read.  But this support system Adobe use is really bad. I will go through my contacts to get to them.  If this post missleads or anything you can remove it or something!

Thanks alot 🙂 ❤️
