Contacting Adobe before initiating chargeback

Hi,

On three occasion I have contacted Adobe customer service on the chat but was dropped off every time they said they were looking into my account. This is so rude.

I have hearing issues (deaf) so unable to call the hotline. Is there an email address I can use? I wanted to resolve this with Billings before i file a chargeback on my card which is a lengthy process.

i sympathize. but check for an open ticket where you explained the issue. if you can update it, you don't have to retype what's already been communicated.

no email, but chat disconnects are common and typically due to network problems.

but when you start a chat with an agent, a ticket is opened that you can (and should) update.
