Contraseña incorrecta y me cobraron erróneamente

Hace poco quize probar adobe photoshop por primera vez , tenia una prueba de 7 dias gratis 

y realmente no estaba convencido de seguir usandola, entonces estaba por cancelar el plan y de la nada me ofrecieron otros 7 dias mas gratis  .. antes de intentar cancelar el plan, la contraseña me salio erronea y eso es desleal, ya que yo anoto todas mis contraseñas y no fue error de mi parte, asi que tuve que cambiarla ( y guardarla)

 

Aun quedaban varios dias para que finalicen esos 7 dias de prueba y hoy me cobraron el plan completo de un año, asi que hoy mismo lo cancele ... pero oh sorpresa, la contraseña NUEVAMENTE me salia erronea .. asi que cambiar por segunda vez , esta practica es desleal 

 

Ahora quiero que me den el reembolso de mi dinero, intente hablar por telefono y por chat , pero siempre me salen no disponibles 

 

Es la peor experiencia que he tenido con una empresa tan conocida como Adobe 

Una total desecepcion de estas practicas desleales
