Corbro indebido por parte de Adobe.

Me intenté descargar el Adobe hace unos meses, la versión de prueba, y no me funcionó la descargá, así que desistí y nunca he utilizado este producto. El día 8 de enero bajo mi sorpresa me dí cuenta que ya me habían cobrado tres meses (18,14€) y entré en la página para cancelarlo inmediatamente, y ahora me encuentro con un cargo adicional de más de 80€. No he utilizado el servicio ni una sola vez, ni siquiera en el periodo de prueba. Además resulta imposible saber cómo reclamar a la compañía.

You had to cancel the plan before, Adobe does not track the usage of the apps so for them their is no way to know whether you use the app or not. However the only way to sort this out is to contact support and let them know about your case, they will provide you with the best possible solution. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Hola, como pudiste hacer el proceso para el reembolso del dinero o para que no te cobraran por la cancelacion, en este momento estoy pasando por la mimsa sitiacion que tu y no se con quien contactarme, Muchas gracias

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
