Costumer support is a joke
I have contacted costumer support the first day after my trial version of Adobe Pro was finished and a montlhy plan automatically took over. I wanted to cancel the plan and get my money back (i asked to reimburse within 14 days as the site states). I didn't get my money back and the plan wasn't cancelled. A month later i received an e-mail about the payment for the plan i tried to cancel. I just contacted costumer service again (Mohamed) to try to cancel the plan. I have stated multiple times I don't want another plan and he kept trying to sign me to other plans. I also kept getting the response i can't be reimbursed because i haven't asked it within 14 days, which I absolutely did. I am just a joke to this company/ costumer service.
