Could someone please help explain why the Cancel option is not showing and how I can cancel the plan?

I would like to cancel my Adobe Lightroom plan because I am no longer using it. However, it shows the message, “You will be able to manage this plan shortly.”

I have already followed the instructions on the website, including waiting 24 hours and waiting until after the trial period ended. It has now been 2–3 days, but the Cancel button still does not appear.

Could someone please help explain why the Cancel option is not showing and how I can cancel the plan?

Hello, thank you for responding to my message. I have tried all the suggested methods, but unfortunately none of them have worked. ​@Jeffrey_A_Wright  ​@kglad  ​@Shivangi_Gupta 

I have an Adobe Lightroom subscription that I purchased directly from Adobe using a credit card.

May I ask how I can contact a real support representative or which email address I can use to resolve this issue? I no longer need the subscription and would like to cancel it as soon as possible.

@Emmychas00 Thank you so much  for the clarification.

I can’t cancel because the payment failed and the Cancel button is not available. I no longer use the plan and would like it cancelled without further charges.

Although I can see the subscription in my confirmation email, your chat system repeatedly says that no active plan can be found. I have also been unable to manage or cancel the plan in my Adobe account due to a system issue.

Please review the billing records manually, confirm that the subscription is cancelled, and ensure that no charges or cancellation fees are applied, as I attempted to cancel immediately after the trial period. 

Please confirm that the subscription will be closed automatically and that no charges will be applied.

@Emmychas00 I am sorry, but I am showing that the method of payment you used to evaluate our services failed and was not accepted. You can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/retry-failed-or-missed-payment.html to correct your account.

 

Once the account is corrected and in good standing, you can then use the information at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html to self-cancel your subscription if you are not finding value in your usage of our offerings.

Sorry for the trouble. Could you try cancelling the plan using a different device?

Also, please try the steps suggested by ​@kglad.

while waiting, try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled to see if you can cancel using that.
