Coursera 4-month Creative Cloud promotion falsely cancelled for fraud – Egypt – Case ID ADB-46967435-G7S4
Hello Adobe Support Team,
I am requesting a manual review of the cancellation of my four-month Creative Cloud Pro promotion obtained through Coursera.
The promotion was activated successfully, and the applications worked normally for approximately two or three days. I then received an email stating that the subscription had been cancelled because Adobe’s fraud-prevention system detected fraudulent behavior, but no specific reason was provided.
I currently reside in Egypt, and the payment method used was a valid UK-issued bank card that I am legally authorized to use. The card and payment details are genuine, and the transaction was fully authorized. It is possible that the difference between my country of residence and the card’s issuing country created confusion during an automated security review.
Cross-border payment situations can be legitimate and may require examination by an experienced member of the Fraud Prevention or Adobe Genuine team rather than relying only on an automated decision.
Case ID: ADB-46967435-G7S4
Please escalate my case for a proper manual review. I am willing to verify the payment method and provide the relevant Coursera and Adobe documents through a secure private support channel.
If the payment and promotion are confirmed as valid, I respectfully request restoration of the remaining promotional period. Otherwise, please provide the specific reason for the cancellation and explain what information needs to be corrected.
Thank you.
