J'ai rencontré le même problème que vous. Dans l'assistant virtuel j'ai écris "agent" et j'ai pu échanger avec une personne et non pas avec un robot. Elle m'a résilier mon abonnement mensuel et je lui ai demandé de me souscrire le même abonnement en annuel pour 143,14€ par an ; après vérification de sa part de mes coordonnées elle m'a envoyé, via le chat, un lien sécurisé pour payer par carte bancaire et maintenant c'est bon mon abonnement est bien passé en annuel.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
