Creative Cloud 1To stock, monthly Formula
Good afternoon, everybody,
Since jun 30, 2019, until Feb 29,2020, I used to pay 11.48Euro monthly for creative cloud (including Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge). No problem with this.
But suddenly, on Feb 14, 2020, I was debited on my CC of a second amount of 23.99 Euro, without any resason, or any explanation. And the same on Mar 14th with 23.99Euro;
I want to know the resaon of this change. Adobe has no right to change Unilaterrary the amount on my CC, and I have no reason for that double sampling in February, (and also the new amounts since that date with exactly the same formula! (The only difference is in the formula name, which means exactly the same terms as the 1st one: "Annual subscription paid monthly"
On the general recap of the account, there are lots od credits, and debits, absolutely INCOMPREHENSIBLE (for me)
