2. You must pay for the whole year (cancellation fee for early cancellation)

3. After a year it automatically renews

4. The renewal is at standard price, no discount

5. One special offer per account.

you should read the fine print. 

i cannot answer that for you because it's not clear to what discount you are referring.  it's not even clear who's making the offer, who qualifies etc.

but, as rule, unless the offer is from adobe.com, you should anticipate issues.
