I paid for Creative Cloud All Apps annual subscription during offer period in November 2019 & there is no order history or billing information showing in my Adobe account as of now June 2020 yet I am still receiving Adobe receipt transaction emails for this missing subscription,only the free trial & upgrade options are showing in my Adobe account can Adobe please reinstate my paid Subcription to my account ASAP?
