Creative Cloud All Apps Subscription mysteriously deleted
My entire Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps subscription has been deleted sometime over Christmas New Year period. I've had this since Oct 2013. I can log in and see billing history every month back to 2013, but somehow Adobe can't see that, and are trying to tell me I don't have that service. Major problem trying to get that reinstated. Still trying after 2.5 hours on the customer support chat, and feel like I've got almost nowhere. Very frustrating and stressful experience. Shame on you Adobe, treating a long-paying loyal customer in this fashion, and causing massive stress.
