Creative Cloud and it's ONE flaw.

All of the things that Creative Cloud has promised me is pretty much non-existent. It says that I have to buy Premiere Pro even though I have the subscription for Creative Cloud. Even when I try to buy Premiere Pro it says that I'm trying to buy Creative Cloud AGAIN. I just want to edit my videos the way I have been for the past two years at school.
