Creative Cloud Argentina – billing error, can't update card or cancel

Student plan (since Aug 26, valid until Feb 2027). Sep26 payment failed with "billing issue." Can't update card (Visa/Mastercard both rejected). Added extra funds thinking it was a price change, still didn't charge. Can't cancel without a valid payment method, so I'm stuck. I want cancel. Thanks, Ana
