Creative Cloud cancellation clarification
So I decided to buy creative cloud during the pandemic to keep me busy working on my projects using new software. However, premiere wasn't to my liking so I don't use the apps much at all. I tried cancelling my plan and I was only able to reduce the plan to a few apps. After reviewing my account I saw Adobe still had plans on billing me $1.29 next month for these services. I tried cancelling my plan completely but that resulted in a $40 cancellation fee. I did not cancel it then because I do not want to pay that. However I do not want to be billed for the next month for services I was not satisfied with. I just want clarification as to my options now or how to cancel my subscription entirely.
