Creative Cloud Payment Made / Not updated in Accounts
Hi,
I initiated payment for Creative Cloud, the payment went through (I received SMS for my credit card transaction from bank for 114.45 AED), but my account doesn't show that. I didn't received any emails and my account is still in trial mode. Can someone from Adobe please check and help? I was not able to get any support from chat unfortunately 😞
