Creative Cloud Pro subscription cancelled after being falsely flagged for fraud

I am experiencing a very similar issue and would like to know whether anyone has been able to resolve it successfully.

I subscribed to Creative Cloud Pro on August 19, and on August 22 I received an email from Adobe stating:

“We are reaching out to notify you that our fraud prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning your Creative Cloud Pro subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled and you will no longer be able to access the included Adobe apps and services.”

I have contacted Adobe Customer Support four times about this issue. Each time, I was told that because my account had been flagged for fraud, the subscription could not be reactivated and no changes could be made to the account.

What is especially frustrating is that I paid the full subscription fee for an entire year, but I am unable to access the services I already paid for.

I have not been given any clear explanation of what specific activity was considered fraudulent. I have also not been provided with a meaningful appeal process, manual review, or any clear instructions on how this fraud flag can be removed.

I legitimately subscribed to Creative Cloud Pro and did not engage in any fraudulent activity. At this point, I would like Adobe to conduct a manual review of my account, explain why it was flagged, and either restore my original subscription or provide an appropriate resolution for the unused subscription period.

I have also noticed that several other Adobe users have recently reported very similar cases.

Has anyone here successfully had the fraud flag removed or had their original subscription restored? If an Adobe Community Manager sees this post, I would greatly appreciate help escalating this case to the appropriate fraud prevention or account review team.

Hi @WEI YUN3141853991se,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

I checked the account details and found that Adobe sent an email on August 22, 2026, regarding the account being flagged for fraudulent activity. The email should include a contact number for further assistance.

Have you had a chance to reach out using that number? Please let us know.
