How do I reach out to customer support for a refund on my creative cloud pro subscription? My student status expired and I was charged far more than I was prepared for. The subscription was renewed today and I cancelled today

    Hi ​@ogmilo,

    Refunds are available only if the subscription is cancelled within the first 14 days of the initial purchase, and they apply to first-time subscriptions only.

    Upon reviewing your account, I can see that your current Adobe CC Pro plan has been active for over a year. 

    Due to this, your account does not qualify for a refund under the subscription terms. For more details, please refer to the Adobe subscription terms.
