Creative Cloud Pro vs Creative Cloud Standard

An email dated August 20 informed me of a price increase for Creative Cloud Pro and the option to change to Creative Cloud Standard. I can not find any information on Creative Cloud Standard anywhere on the Adobe site. A comparison of plans does not show anything that says Creative Cloud Standard. Can someone point me to a chart that shows the difference between these two plans? 

The only information given in the email is, " Standard will include the apps, services, and benefits you enjoy like Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, without the premium features in web and mobile apps and with limited access to standard generative features." What exact features are not included?
