Creative cloud redeeming code

Hello i bought a 1 month creative cloud code from G2A and when i try to redeem , it says this page is temporary disable , try again later . I never had subscription in adobe so i wonder how does this 1 month code works and why i am getting this error since i cant contact the support because the AI chat says they are only available from a certain time
