Creative Cloud Redemption Code trouble

My service for creative will expire soon, and I need a new redemption code to continue the use. However, I did not receive an e-mail with any new redemption code. Is there any I could get a new code so I can renew my subscription? Your help would be appreciated. Thank You.

    A redemption code typically comes from a 3rd party reseller, not form Adobe.

    Who did you purchase your plan from last year?   That's probably who you should contact.
