It's been about a month since I cancelled my Creative Cloud plan but still haven't get any refund for it. I canceled it within 14 days. I just got the refund for Adobe Stock but not for Creative Cloud.

What can I do?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies in your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

    or X (was Twitter):

    Hi @Mel37174775af39,

Thanks for writing in. As per your account details, you subscribed to Creative Cloud all apps on March 24, 2024, and canceled the subscription on April 8, 2024, which makes it 16 days.

As per Adobe's policy, free trial lasts only for 7 days. Refund can only be initiated if you cancel within 14 days.

Let us know if you still have questions.

    Best,

    Shivangi

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.

I did that but when I typed "Agent" the AI chat said that I must have an active plan which I don't right now.

    thrn use x,

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
