The account was deleted unintentionally and I was asked to add the data again, and after adding it, I had this problem

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session. https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html

You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.
