Creative Cloud sign in issues

I opened Creative Cloud and it had automatically signed me out. Every time I try to sign in, this shows up. My wifi is fine, as I've loaded this page on the same computer, and I know this is the correct email because I was sent a verification code.

Can you please try using a different browser to sign in to the Adobe account? 

Use this link to sign in https://account.adobe.com/.

 

Try clearing the cookies/cache and let us know if that helps.
