Creative Cloud Student Plan in Estonia?

Question

I haven't really found any answers to my question and Adobe's websites are so complicated and confusing so i thought i'd ask here.
 
I don't understand , does the Adobe Creatice Cloud Student plan only works in USA or in Europe countries too?
 
I'm from Estonia and currently studying at a high school that is run by the country. So if i could get an answer, that would be great!

adobe's offerings vary by country (and sometimes current events like the russian invasion of urkraine).

anyway, if you are unable to select a plan, it's because it's not offered (by adobe )in the country detected by adobe connection. sometimes that detection is faulty, so make sure you're using the correct adobe store:

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:
