Hi,

 

I purchased CC with an offer in 2022. The offer ended in 2023. Since then, am paying the full amount. Now, again I see an offer for CC all apps in 2024. My one year subscription finishes with old plan in next month. Can I cancel it or how can I avail this new offer price without having any trouble opening the apps.

 

Please advise.

that offer may be for new users only.  but if it's not, you can subscribe now using the same adobe id as your current subscription and the one year term will be added to your current subscription.  ie, if you have one month remaining, and add 1 year, you're updated current subscription will expire in 13 months.
