Creative cloud subscription for my child

I wanted to get creative cloud subscription for my child. She's 14 and a student. I don't believe she has a student email but I have report cards etc. What info is needed to be approved ? Do I need a copy of my id along with hers ? Also can I add it to my account or do I have to make her her own ?
