Creative cloud subscription: is a separate subscription required for iPad?

my question is, if i pay for the creative cloud on my computer i have to pay another subscription to use the AI, PS and LR on my ipad?

The Creative Cloud All Apps plan includes the iPad versions (as long as your iPad meets the specifications). Details here:

FYI, subscribing through the App Store on your iPad does not include the desktop versions, so don't do it that way. Just download and then sign in with your Adobe ID.
